Terms of Service

NeoShift is a cloud-based shift handover software service that allows warehouse, logistics, facilities, and operations teams to record, track, and hand over shift information digitally. The service is provided by NeoShift Ltd and is accessed via neoshift.com.

By creating an account and using NeoShift, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You agree to use NeoShift only for its intended purpose — recording and managing shift handovers for legitimate business operations. You must not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or to our infrastructure
• Upload or transmit content that is harmful, defamatory, or illegal
• Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or bulk-download data from the platform
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its underlying infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with access to Team plan features. No credit card is required to start a trial.

At the end of the trial period, your account will be locked unless you subscribe to a paid plan. Your data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry to allow you to subscribe and continue.

We may change trial terms at any time. Changes will not affect trials already in progress.

NeoShift is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Our current plans are:

• Team — £49/month (1 workspace)
• Operations — £99/month (up to 3 workspaces)
• Command — £199/month (unlimited workspaces)

All prices are in GBP. NeoShift Ltd is not currently VAT registered; no VAT is charged on our subscriptions. Full plan details are available on our pricing page.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account settings or by emailing support@neoshift.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that date.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for the current billing period. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of the period already paid for.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not apply to the current billing period.

Each plan includes specific limits on team workspaces, members, and history retention as described on our pricing page. If you exceed your plan limits, you will be prompted to upgrade. We will not delete data that exceeds plan limits immediately — we will notify you and give you reasonable time to upgrade or remove excess data.

You retain ownership of all content you create in NeoShift — including handover notes, task descriptions, and team data. By using NeoShift, you grant us a limited licence to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not violate the rights of third parties or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or if we have reason to believe your use of the service is fraudulent or harmful.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@neoshift.com. On deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeoShift Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of NeoShift shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via a notice in the application at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of NeoShift after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
